As we step into 2025, it’s the perfect time for a 2024 recap—a look back at a year of meaningful progress at New Benefits. In 2024, we expanded our catalog with innovative, non-insured benefits and enhanced existing services to better meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce. These updates empowered employers and supported employees’ well-being, reinforcing our mission to deliver impactful, accessible solutions. Our 2024 recap highlights not just what we achieved, but why we remain committed to leading the way in modern benefit strategies.
2024 Recap – New Additions to Our Benefits Catalog:
- ManifestRx: A revolutionary prescription discount program, ManifestRx offers access to over 1,000 maintenance medications delivered to members’ homes at $0 cost, along with 70+ urgent care medications available at local pharmacies.
- Galileo: This innovative virtual care service allows members to access doctors and mental health experts via video, phone, or chat 24/7, ensuring both physical and mental health support is always available at no cost to the user.
- Cancer Navigation by Navvisa: Our first benefit focuses specifically on cancer patients. It offers concierge-style care with certified oncology nurses who guide patients, caregivers, and survivors through every stage of their journey—from diagnosis to end-of-life planning.
- Questis Financial Wellness: A game-changer in financial well-being, Questis provides members with AI-powered tools, 1:1 access to accredited financial counselors, and secure resources to help them manage their finances easily.
- Kindbody: Our newest fertility advocacy vendor, Kindbody, offers personalized, inclusive, and affordable fertility care, including a dedicated Care Navigation Team to guide members through their journey—from family building to menopause.
2024 Recap – Updates That Made a Difference:
- Counseling Services by Kepro: Kepro expanded its Counseling Services benefit to include in-person sessions, allowing members to choose from virtual, phone, or in-person appointments for a more flexible experience.
- Recuro Virtual Behavioral Health: A standalone option for Recuro Virtual Behavioral Health services has been introduced. It provides $0 or $25 per visit for therapy and counseling, along with expert psychiatry services, all available through secure online sessions.
- MeMD Rebranding: Previously branded as Walmart Health, MeMD is now the name for both MeMD Virtual Care and MeMD Talk Therapy. The rebranding does not change the high-quality services available to members—virtual care for physical and mental health concerns is still available, just under a new name.
Looking Forward to 2025
2024 was a year of expansion, refining, and launching services designed to prioritize employees’ health, well-being, and financial stability. Moving forward, we remain committed to enhancing our benefits offerings to ensure they align with the ever-changing needs of modern workforces.
We’re excited to continue delivering measurable results in the year ahead. The addition of services like ManifestRx, Galileo, and Questis opens new opportunities for employees to access better care and support, paving the way for a brighter and more impactful 2025.
As employers face increasing pressure to retain talent and offer competitive, meaningful benefits, our goal is to simplify that journey with flexible, non-insured solutions that drive real value. Whether it’s through virtual care, prescription savings, or financial wellness, our offerings are built to adapt, engage, and empower. In 2025, we look forward to deepening partnerships, embracing innovation, and delivering benefit experiences that truly make a difference—for employers and the employees who count on them every day.
