Let us handle it.
You have better things to do, so let New Benefits take on the administrative burden. Whether you need enrollment and processing support, member services, compliance guidance, or training – we’re here for you and your members.
New Benefits supports multiple methods of enrollment, including: secure online applications, client file processing, and hard copy paper applications. Our data-entry department processes member eligibility, and our billing department ensures payments are received and commissions are distributed on time. We can process agent commissions and work within your compensation structure.
Need an online platform?
The SecureEnrollment™ registration platform serves as an e-commerce site for direct-to-consumer sales. Members can access your personalized SecureEnrollment site for an easy, secure way to sign up and pay for their voluntary benefits.
Commissions are earned on a monthly basis for every enrolled members, as long as they stay active.
No, our benefits can be implemented at any time.
The implementation process is completed within two weeks of receiving a signed employer list bill agreement and eligibility file.
To implement a new group, you’re responsible for completing two items: the employer List Bill Agreement (signed form agreeing to benefits selected and billing info) and the eligibility file (a spreadsheet of all eligible employees).
New Benefits bills in arrears and groups receive their invoice at the beginning of the month for the previous month’s membership. Invoices are generated based on memberships active the last day of the month.
We always encourage non-voluntary enrollment. There’s a greater ease of enrollment since we’re able to enroll all employees at once without the need for them to make a purchasing decision. The group also sees more value from having all members enrolled and receiving the same benefits.
