Marti Powles delivers results. As Chief Operating Officer, Marti executes the strategy and vision of New Benefits, ensuring we have the most effective plans and people in place to further the success of our business. Since joining the company in 1993 to facilitate putting multiple benefits on one membership card, Marti has been involved in nearly every area of the company, and is now guiding our ambitious technology goals. Marti enjoys spending time with her family, reading, golfing, and contributing to the Make-a-Wish Foundation of North Texas as a Wish Granter and fundraiser.
