Q. What is the Century 21 Members Only Real Estate Benefits (M.O.R.E. Benefits) program?

A. The Members Only Real Estate (“M.O.R.E.”) Benefits program has been designed by Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc., to help registered members save money, whether selling or purchasing a home, regardless if you are moving across town, across the state, or across the country.  Non-affiliated third party vendors of related services also offer discounts or other benefits to members of the M.O.R.E. Benefits program who are selling and buying homes and choose to use their services.

Q. Can I participate in the program if I am also registered in another real estate rebate program?
A. Sorry, you can only participate in one rebate program per transaction.

Q. Will my Member information be kept confidential within the program?

A. Yes!

Q. Why are some states excluded?
A. Real estate transactions are regulated on a state-by-state basis. As a result, the ability to pay a cash rebate is restricted by law in some states.

Q. Where does the rebate come from?
A. Your rebate is 25% of the buyer’s agent commission, which is typically 3% of the purchase price of the home.

Q. What if I already am working with a real estate agent?
A. If you list your property or obligate yourself with a real estate brokerage on your own and outside of the program, you may have jeopardized your eligibility to receive a rebate or listing discount. It is very important that all parties to the transaction are notified about the rebate program in advance and have agreed to these terms. Your representative will contact you directly to discuss your eligibility.

Q. My spouse is a real estate agent, and is planning on listing our home. Are we eligible?
A. Technically, yes. However, since the rebate is generated from a referral fee paid by the agent, it may be more beneficial for you to not participate in the program.

Q. What if I don't like the agent they recommend?
A. Simply contact Century 21 M.O.R.E Benefits to discuss the situation. Depending on the circumstances in terms of where you are in the process, another agent may be assigned.

Q. What criteria are used to select agents?
A. The Real Estate program works with full-time experienced agents that have a strong market presence and track record. Most agents in our network work for one of the top 3 brokerage firms in the immediate community where you are selling or purchasing a home.

Q. Are there any hidden costs or fees that would reduce the rebate amount paid to me?
A. No, to eligible participants this service is absolutely free!

Q. How does it work?
A. The Real Estate program is a service offered by Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.  Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. is a licensed real estate entity in the state of
Texas. It participates in the collection of referral fees by introducing qualified home sellers and purchasers to pre-selected real estate firms. The payment of referral fees is a common real estate business practice. Unlike other brokers this program returns a portion of the fee collected to consumers, where allowed by state regulation.
